Return Policy

Order Processing

Each order is carefully prepared in our Paris atelier within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 1 p.m. (Paris time) will be processed on the next business day.

If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed starting Monday.

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email notification.
When your parcel has been shipped, a second email will be sent with your tracking number to follow your delivery.


Shipping

France & Europe
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery once your parcel has been shipped.
If you select Express Delivery, your order will be prioritized and shipped within the same business day or the next if placed after 1 p.m. or during the weekend.

International
Orders are shipped worldwide via DHL Express, within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
We currently do not deliver to Russia.


Duties & Taxes

For all deliveries outside the European Union, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included.
Vanita Rosa cannot be held responsible for customs delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination and delivery option selected.
Complimentary shipping is offered for all orders above €500.


Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that sale items and orders purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, please contact our team at contacts@vanitarosa.com to obtain instructions.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are possible subject to availability.
Replacement items will be shipped free of charge once your return is validated.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@vanitarosa.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will organize a replacement or full refund with care and priority.
