Processing Time

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our Paris atelier within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak seasons or special promotions, a slightly longer preparation time may apply.

Shipping Methods

France & Europe: UPS Express or Colissimo – delivery within 2 to 5 business days.
International: DHL Express – delivery within 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or local conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery method.
Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders above €500.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Vanita Rosa cannot be held responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey until it arrives safely at your door.
