ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my items be shipped?

If the item is in stock, once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order in 2-5 business days. If the items is not in stock, it takes a maximum of 10 days to get your order. For international via DHL and for Domestics Orders via UPS

How much I will be charged for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value, number of pieces and destination of your order. Please refer to the deliveries information.

How do I track the delivery of my order?

When the order is ready for delivery, you will receive an Email with DHL or UPS tracking information. You can also refer to our menu with clicking on TRACK YOUR ORDER link

How do I return my order?

*Items purchased on sale are not refunded or exchanged.

If you would like to exchange an item you have 14 days until your order is received, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will received credit note excluding the original cost of shipping, according to our returns policy.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

How do I exchange my order?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contacts@vanitarosa.com
