  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal.

  • Payments are processed securely at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Vanita Rosa reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed; please review details carefully before submitting.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact returns@vanitarosa.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt of the return.

  • Sale or discounted items may be final sale and not eligible for return.
