ORDERS & SHIPPING
How to order & pay?
Once you've found what you're looking for, select your size and click Add To Bag. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or proceed straight to checkout.
Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. You can either create an account or proceed using our guest checkout.
We ship worldwide via DHL, with services from UPS in selected countries. Please choose your delivery preference, then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be sent directly to you.
How to find the desired items?
The easiest way is to use the drop-down navigation menu at the top of the page to get an overview of the new arrivals, categories, brands and specific selections we offer. If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can use the search bar located at the top left.
How do I use my discount code?
You just have to apply it to the first step of the Cart and the amount will be recalculated *except for products already on sale
When will my items be shipped?
International orders will arrive within 1-2 business day.

European Orders are shipped within 24 Hours
For made by measure orders occasional delays will be add, deliveries may take 1-2 business days longer.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.
How much I will be charged for shipping?

We have done our best to offer the lowest rates for international shipments
Please be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duty and taxes upon delivery.
- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are due upon delivery.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
When the order is ready for delivery, you will receive an Email with DHL or UPS tracking information
How do I return my order?
To proceed an exchange, simply write to us via our contact form or by email mentioning the number of your order, we will send you an email with return instructions and we will send you a credit note as soon as we received your return.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
