1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale items or special promotions may be final sale and not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return

Contact our customer service at contacts@vanitarosa.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging.

Ship your parcel to the return address provided by our customer service team.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Replacement items are shipped free of charge once your return is received and approved.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@vanitarosa.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
