RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

All International & European returns must be requested within 15 days of the order date to receive a refund or store credit*.

Orders will be returned at your own expense due to taxes that may be included with our shipping services. The refund will then be issued in the form of a store credit towards a future purchase.
Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

*Except for Products on SALES cannot be Returned or Refunded.


Additional return guidelines

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and linings attached. Please include the original packing slip from the order in your return package. Returns of multiple orders must not be combined and will result in processing delays (an additional 8 business days from the first refund made).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

For All Returns:
We invite you to contact us first by email contacts@vanitarosa.com so that we can validate your return and so that you can send your return by your nearest post office at your own expense (We don't want to create a return slip for you as the shipment may have costs such as taxes and customs duties which may be deducted from your return so we prefer that you send it yourself without any surprise other costs applicable to the return.
Any taxes or charges billed to us upon receipt of the return will be deducted from your return.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether or not your return has been accepted.
If your return is accepted*, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to variable processing times of financial organizations.

When returns are processed for store credit, a code at your name will be issued and sent to the email address used to make the original purchase.

FREE DELIVERY ON EUROPEANS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER 500 € (or the currency in which you pay)
Shipping costs for orders within Europe are €10
International orders are charged €30 (Depends on your Currency)

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed subject to availability and payment approval.

Most orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days.

Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed from Monday and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been shipped. (excluding pre-orders)

PayPal
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to vanitarosa.com

Apple Pay
All you have to do is confirm your payment using your code or facial recognition on your phone

Klarna
Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Klarna as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. If you are already an Klarna user, just log in to your Klarna account. Then complete your order.

UPDATING ORDERS

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

SHIPPING

SHIP METHODS

International orders will arrive within 3-5 business day via DHL
European Orders are shipped within 2-4 business day via UPS
For made by measure orders occasional delays will be add, deliveries may take 2-4 business days longer.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on vanitarosa.com

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know that carriers can have problems and delays. We find that some carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still awaiting delivery, and sometimes physically deliver the package within four business days.

After 4 working days, if the carrier indicates that your order has been "Delivered" and you still have not located your package, and if you have checked the area around your delivery address, please contact customer service for assistance.

Please note that VANITA ROSA is not responsible for missing packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been incorrectly delivered, we recommend you file a claim directly with the carrier. At this time, we are unable to process reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order be placed with the returned funds.

If the carrier tracking link for your order shows no activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact customer service to investigate.
