🔄 Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items or special promotions may be final sale and not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at contacts@vanitarosa.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging.

  3. Ship your parcel to the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Replacement items are shipped free of charge once your return is received and approved.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@vanitarosa.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
