Processing Time

Each order is carefully crafted and prepared in our Paris atelier. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, preparation times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

France & Europe: UPS Express or Colissimo – delivery within 2 to 5 business days.
International: DHL Express – delivery within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or local conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery method.
Complimentary express shipping is offered on all orders above €600*.

*Excluded destinations: remote areas or restricted regions where higher logistical charges apply.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Vanita Rosa is not liable for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey until it arrives safely at your doorstep.
